The first recall involves potential wheel bolt malfunction to one or both of the drive wheels of Chairman 2K between serial numbers 1100068 through 1103271 and 4100019 through 4100225. The wheel bolt on some of these wheelchairs has the potential to loosen or break, with resultant possible injury to the user or the wheelchair itself.
